Terms and conditions of sale:
Items are sold on this site for the price displayed on the day of sale. All items are subject to VAT at the current rate.
The site proprietor reserves the right to decline any order made on this site. The contract of sale will be effective upon dispatch of your item(s), until that point both parties may decide to withdraw from the sale. Where payment has been made the full amount will be refunded by the most convenient method to the proprietor at the soonest possible time.
We aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. However payment is not taken until goods are in stock and your order processed.
We deliver to the UK mainland at £3.00 as our standard posting option via Royal Mail. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days to a UK Mainland address but can take longer during heavy posting periods. We charge £9 for heavy and large items as they will have to be sent via courier.
We charge £9 for our Next Day service (Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm). We guarantee next day delivery on goods ordered Monday to Thursday that have been placed before 12pm. Friday next day orders are not guaranteed for next day delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver goods to certain areas.
Royal Mail wait for 15 working days before investigating non delivery. It would therefore be helpful if you could check your local Sorting Office before contacting us. Any transport costs involved in reclaiming goods after a failed delivery will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Items lost in transit will be refunded/replaced on completion of a successful loss claim.
Where an item has been sold but the proprietor is unable to ship within 14 days, a full refund for the item will be made, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
It is your duty to let us know if an order has not been received in reasonable time. Enquiries on goods not received after 30 days from the time of placing the order will not be considered.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch without charge. To cancel please contact us stating you name order ID and date of purchase. If your item has been dispatched you will be able to return the item providing it meets the conditions set out below.
Items may be returned to the proprietor for any reasonable reason* within 28 days of delivery. Return of the item is the sole responsibility of the buyer and the proprietor within 14 day after the delivery date if they wish to cancel the order. The customer then has a further 14 days in which to return the goods.
* Items which have been damaged by fitting, misuse or deliberate action will not be subject to the return policy and will not be refunded.
Faulty or defective items must be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
The customer is responsible for the return and cost of returning correctly supplied goods and must use the cheapest postage option to do so. The postage will only be refunded if the wrong item has been sent or the item is genuinely faulty. We will not refund the postage costs on items supplied correctly as per the description of the website.
If items are returned after 30 days then we reserve the right to charge a handling charge to cover our expenses on these goods.
All returns are subject to the goods being complete, unused and in a re-sellable condition. This includes the goods packaging.
The buyer must ensure that information provided to this site is current and accurate. Any losses incurred due to inaccurate or erroneous information provided on this site will be sole responsibility of the buyer.
By ordering from this site the buyer confirms that there is no legal reason why they should not be allowed to purchase the item(s) ordered and the information provided is relating to the buyer and not a third party.

We have PayPal and EKMPay/Clear Accept as payment gateways. No sign up required. All credit / debit cards are accepted except American Express. We also accept payment by bank transfer.
