Terms and conditions of sale:

Items are sold on this site for the price displayed on the day of sale. All items are subject to VAT at the current rate.

The site proprietor reserves the right to decline any order made on this site. The contract of sale will be effective upon dispatch of your item(s), until that point both parties may decide to withdraw from the sale. Where payment has been made the full amount will be refunded by the most convenient method to the proprietor at the soonest possible time.

We aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order (this excludes weekends and public holidays). Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. However a receipt / invoice is not created until goods are in stock and your order processed. We will inform you of delivery delays either by telephone or email.

Standard delivery for the UK Mainland is £3 and are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class and delivery takes 2 to 5 working days. A signature service is available at a cost of £4 and will sent via Royal Mail Signed For™ 2nd Class. If an order is over £50 in value then it will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For™ 2nd Class. If an order placed with standard or signature delivery is over 2kg then this will be sent via a courier which may require a signature on delivery.

Next day delivery is available for £9 and is sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® service. Next working day delivery is only guaranteed when an order has been placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Friday next day orders are not guaranteed for next day delivery on a Saturday. Any order placed with the next day option and that is over 2kg in weight will be sent via express courier which will require a signature on delivery.

 For large and heavy items there is a £10.20 charge which will be sent via courier and will require a signature on delivery. All items that are deemed large or heavy will state the charge in the product description.

There will not be any postings on weekends and public holidays.

We reserve the right to refuse to deliver goods to certain areas.

Royal Mail wait for 10 working days before investigating non delivery. We encourage customers in this case to check with their local Royal Mail delivery office before contacting us. Any transport costs involved in reclaiming goods after a failed delivery will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Items lost in transit will be refunded/replaced on completion of a successful loss claim.

Where an item has been sold but the proprietor is unable to ship within 14 days, a full refund for the item will be made, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.

It is your duty to let us know if an order has not been received in reasonable time. Enquiries on goods not received after 30 days from the time of placing the order will not be considered.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch without charge. To cancel please contact us stating you name, order ID and date of purchase. If your item has been dispatched you will be able to return the item providing it meets the conditions set out below.

Items may be returned to the proprietor for any reasonable reason* within 28 days of delivery. Return of the item is the sole responsibility of the buyer and the proprietor must be informed within 14 days after delivery date that they want to cancel the order. The buyer has another 14 days to return the goods once the proprietor has been informed. 

Faulty or defective items must be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund. All orders should be opened and checked for damage upon arrival, any damaged goods must be reported within 3 working days via phone or by email. Pictures of damaged goods will be required to start an investigation. No transit damage claims will be accepted after 3 working days of delivery of the order.


* Items which have been damaged by fitting, misuse or deliberate action will not be subject to the 30 day return policy and will not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for the return and cost of returning correctly supplied goods. The postage will only be refunded if the wrong item has been sent or the item is genuinely faulty. We do not refund the postage costs on correctly supplied items.

When returning any items whether they are faulty or not, the customer must use the cheapest postage option. Extra postage costs will not be reimbursed by the company and only the amount of postage originally paid on the order shall be refunded.

Any items returned after 30 days of the original purchase date will not be accepted for a refund.

All returns are subject to the goods being complete, unused and in a re-sellable condition. This includes the goods packaging.

The buyer must ensure that information provided to this site is current and accurate. Any losses incurred due to inaccurate or erroneous information provided on this site will be sole responsibility of the buyer.

By ordering from this site the buyer confirms that there is no legal reason why they should not be allowed to purchase the item(s) ordered and the information provided is relating to the buyer and not a third party.
