Customers have 28 to return non-faulty goods. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel the order. A further 14 days is given to return the goods. Orders returned after 28 days that are not faulty will not be refunded.

 

In the event that you need to return your order, please post it back to the return address found on the postage label and the top of the receipt. Please ensure that it is securely packed to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

Please include a copy of the receipt, a note requesting a return or exchange and provide one of the following so we can find your original order:

Online order number (Separate from the document number, found in your email confirmation)
OR
Your name and address
 
Please use the cheapest postage option when returning items

Orders are refunded upon receiving them providing that the item(s) are complete and in a re-sellable condition. 

Items that that have been damaged by fitting, misuse, deliberate action or insufficient packing will not be refunded

Note that we do not refund the postage on items that have been correctly supplied as per the description of the website.

We will only refund the postage of the original order if in the rare case you have been sent the incorrect item(s) or they are faulty, otherwise we will send out a replacement.
