In the case you require to return your order, please post it back to the returns address found on the postage label and in the corner of the receipt.

Please include a copy of the receipt, a note stating the reason for return and provide either one of the following:

Online order number (this is separate from the invoice number and can be found in your order confirmation)
Your name and address so we can find your original order
If no contact details or order number are included then the refund may be delayed

Please use the cheapest postage option when returning items

We will refund orders when we receive them providing that the item(s) are complete and in a re-sellable condition. 

Items that that have been damaged by fitting, misuse or deliberate action will not be refunded.

Customers have 28 to return non-faulty goods. We should be notified within 14 days of receiving the order that you wish to cancel the order. A further 14 days is given to return the goods.

Orders returned after 28 days that are not faulty will not be refunded.

We will not refund the postage on items that have been correctly supplied as per the description of the website.

We will only refund the postage of the original order if in the rare case you have been sent the incorrect item(s) or they are faulty, otherwise we will send out a replacement.
