- Air admittance valve allows air in to the waste system when negative pressure occurs - this prevents the trap being emptied of water and allowing odours in to the building

- Normal 1.1/4 inch BSP nut to screw on to waste threads, pipe fitting will fit on to 1.1/4 inch pipe
- Can be adjusted to 11.5 inches in height
- Removable bottom section can be easily unscrewed to retrieve lost items and clean the trap
