UK Mainland

£3 - UK standard delivery

Standard postage option for most items. Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and takes between 2-5 working days to be delivered. 

Orders over £50 in value will be sent as a Signed For parcel


£4 - Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For

Recommended for business addresses. Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, delivery time is 2-5 working days


UK standard or Signed For orders over 2kg in weight and of suitable value will be sent via an express signed for courier (DHL or TNT).


Heavy / Oversized Orders

Some items, due to their weight / size have to be sent via courier and we charge £9 for delivery for items including toilet seats, cisterns and showers amongst others. For the UK Mainland we use an express courier (DHL or TNT) that will require a signature on delivery. (Only guaranteed when ordered before 12pm Monday to Thursday). For outlying islands we will use a 2-5 day courier (MyHermes).

£9 - Next Day delivery - UK Mainland Only

Guaranteed next working day delivery when ordered before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Fully tracked and will require a signature.

Orders placed after 12pm can't be guaranteed for next day delivery but we will do out best to get these orders posted the same day

Orders under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail and orders over 2kg will be sent either DHL or TNT

Orders placed between 12pm Thursday and 12pm Friday will be delivered Monday latest, orders placed after this will arrive Tuesday.

Royal Mail can attempt next day deliveries on a Saturday but is not guaranteed.

Orders to Isles & Scottish Highlands with KW16, KW17, PH30, PH41-44 post codes will be delivered within 3 working days 

Orders to Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Sark will be delivered within 2 working days 

Postage cut off time is 12pm Monday to Friday -  Orders placed after 12pm may still be posted the same day but otherwise will be posted the next working day  

Saturday and Sunday orders are dispatched Monday


Delivery of Kitchen Sinks

For the delivery of kitchen sinks we charge £15 and are sent via a next working day courier (DHL or TNT) that will require a signature. Next day only guaranteed when ordered before 12pm Monday to Thursday.

Due to high shipping costs we restrict the delivery of kitchen sinks to the UK mainland only and cannot currently offer delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands


Europe

£10 for Small European orders take between 2-5 working days to be delivered
£25 for Large European orders take 1-3 working days to be delivered

Small European orders sent via Royal Mail. Tracked & signed will be used where available, tracked or signed service will be used if not.

Large European orders will be sent via courier. They will be fully tracked and require a signature on delivery. DHL, TNT or UPS may be used for delivery dependant on availability in the selected country.


Overseas (Outside Europe)

Rest of the world overseas orders take between 5 and 7 working days to be delivered

Small overseas orders cost £20 and £60 for heavy / oversized items

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed is used for applicable countries and either tracked or signed service when tracked & signed isn't available.

Heavy / oversized items are send via DHL, TNT or UPS dependant on availability in the selected country.
