Prices are per order not per item. Delivery times are applicable when ordered before 12pm weekdays. Delivery will take longer in busy posting periods. Delivery times don't include public holidays.

£3 - UK Standard Postage - Sent Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class. 2-5 working days. £50+ orders sent as 48 Signed For


£4 - Signed For - Sent via Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class Signed For. 2-5 working days to be delivered

Orders over 2kg are sent by courier (DPD or DHL)

Large / Heavy Orders - Toilet seats, cisterns and sinks etc. are sent via courier and carry an additional charge

England, Wales and Southern Scotland: £10.20 - Next working day delivery

Northern Ireland: £12.50 - 1-2 working day delivery

Scottish Highlands: £17.50 - 2 working days delivery

Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Orkney: £20 - 2-4 working days delivery

Kitchen sinks and old coloured sanitary ware carry a £30 charge

£9 - Next Day Delivery - UK Mainland Only - Guaranteed next working day delivery*. Fully tracked and needs a signature

*Orders placed after 12pm can't be guaranteed for next day delivery but we do our best to get these orders posted the same day

Orders are sent via DPD, DHL or Royal Mail

Deliveries can be attempted on a Saturday but this is not guaranteed.

Deliveries to Sark, Herm, Scottish Isles and some Highland addresses may take 2-3 days to arrive

Postage cut off time is 12pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm may still be posted the same day but otherwise will be posted the next working day.

No orders are dispatched on weekends or bank holidays

£35-40 Courier delivery (Country Dependant) - Delivery is usually 1-3 working days

£35 for Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg & Netherlands - £37.50 for France, Germany & Monaco - £40 all other European Countries



Overseas (Outside Europe) - Tracked / Signed

£20 - Postal delivery for small orders - Sent by Royal Mail (in the UK) - Delivery is usually 5-7 working days.

£75 - Courier delivery for large / heavy items - Sent via DHL, UPS or Parcelforce - Delivery is usually 3-5 working days
