32mm Blue MDPE / 1" Black Alkathene Water Mains Stopcock
A plastic mains water stopcock for 32mm blue MDPE and 1" black alkathene mains water supply pipe
Compression fitting - Plastic teeth grip the pipe and a rubber ring to seal on to the pipe
Plastic stop cocks are preferred as brass stop cocks can expand and leak in colder temperatures
Blue MDPE requires a liner - Imperial black alkathene doesn't require a liner
Can accept 1" Class C, Class D and Heavy Gauge IRS 135 black alkathene
- 1" Class C & D pipe measures approximately 33.4 to 33.7mm OD
- 1" Heavy Gauge IRS 135 pipe measures approximately 33.85 to 34.1mm OD
Note that 1" refers to the bore diameter of the pipe NOT the outside diameter
